1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Hercle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Educational Use

Hercle provides market dashboards, simulated portfolios, calculators, journals, and research tools for educational use. Content in Hercle is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

You remain responsible for any decisions made outside Hercle in real markets or with real capital.

3. Paper Trading

Virtual portfolios, backtests, win-rate analytics, and drawdown metrics are simulations. Simulated results may not match live-market results, execution conditions, liquidity, fees, or slippage.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use Hercle lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
  • Keep your device and account credentials secure.
  • Verify information before relying on it outside the app.

5. Availability and Changes

Features may be updated, paused, or removed as Hercle evolves. We may revise these Terms when needed and will update the date shown on this page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hercle is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for losses connected to market activity, data interpretation, or decisions made outside the simulator.
